Green consulting – sustainable property consulting

ALPHA Energy & Environment provides consulting services on energy and environment topics related to properties.

ALPHA EE is well-established on the market within the Green Building consulting segment, resulting from the increased demand for sustainable real estate concepts.

We are member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and certify according to DGNB by our own DGNB auditor, as well as LEED by our own LEED AP.

Furthermore the personal memberships at BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control) and KFW (German Reconstruction Loan Corporation) enable us to offer nationwide energy and promotion consulting. In addition we are entitled by the German Energy Agency (dena) to issue Energy Performance Certificates.

Due to the ALPHA group network interdisciplinary projects can be realized as energy-saving reconstruction of buildings from initial analysis, subsidies consulting up to implementation.
